Return Policy
- You can return items within 21 days for a full refund.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached.
- Not placing merchandise back into original bag will delay processing of your return.
- Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All items marked 50% off and 70% off are FINAL SALE. Reach out to Customer Care for advice before purchasing items marked FINAL SALE.
- All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
- We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. SerraBrand.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
MAKING A RETURN
- Please contact customerservice@serrabrand.com to receive a return label.
- If you are shipping from Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, OR if you choose not to use the free pre-paid shipping return label, you must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Serra Brand cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- Please allow up to 7 days transit time.
- Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, SerraBrand.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
